Payment Plans & Terms
How billing works at Integra — straightforward, no surprises.
How Payment Works
For most new customers, we collect a 50% deposit before production begins, with the balance due when your job is complete and ready to ship or deliver. (If you have secured terms based on your credit application, those terms apply.)* It's a simple arrangement that keeps things moving without asking you to pay in full before you've seen the finished product. Rush orders and specialty projects may require full payment upfront. We'll always let you know before you commit.

Common Questions
When is the deposit due?
Once you approve the quote, we'll send an invoice for the 50% deposit. Production starts as soon as that's received — so the faster you get it in, the sooner we get rolling.
Can I pay the full amount upfront?
Absolutely. Some clients prefer to pay in full and close the loop. Just let us know when you place the order and we'll invoice accordingly.
What if my job ships to multiple locations?
We'll break the invoice down clearly so you can see what's going where. Final payment is still due before or at the time of shipment.
Are there late payment fees?
For credit account holders, invoices past 30 days may carry a 1.5% monthly fee. We'll always reach out before it gets to that point — we'd much rather work something out.
How do I apply for a credit account?
Give us a call or send us a message. We'll get you a short application — approval is usually quick for established businesses.
