Somebody has to pack the boxes. We'll do it.
Integra stores your printed pieces and promo items, pulls and packs orders to your list, and ships them where they need to go. You deal with one contact for the printing, the promo, and the shipping.
What is print and promo fulfillment?
Print and promo fulfillment means we store your printed materials and promotional products, then pick, pack, and ship them whenever someone needs them.
That might be one welcome kit going to a new hire or a few hundred event boxes headed to a dozen locations. Most organizations do this from a supply closet, a back office, or somebody's garage, and it works until the one person who knows where everything is takes a vacation.
We take over the storing, counting, and boxing. Since we also handle the printing, the apparel, and the promo, the contents of the box come from us too. You deal with one person at Integra instead of juggling separate vendors.
What we handle
Warehousing
Printed pieces, promo items, apparel, and displays sit in one place, checked in and counted, until someone needs them.
Pick and pack
An order comes in. We pull each item from the shelf, pack it, and label it to match your instructions.
Kitting and assembly
Folders, booklets, a shirt, a water bottle, a welcome letter. We put the pieces together the same way every time, following an approved sample.
Shipping and distribution
One box or hundreds, to one address or many. Ground, express, or freight, depending on what the shipment needs.
Blind and drop shipping
When your name shouldn't be on the box, we ship on your behalf so the package arrives looking like it came from you.
Reprints and reorders
Because we print and source the products too, a low shelf leads to a reprint or a reorder, not a hunt for a second vendor.
What kinds of kits and orders do we fulfill?
Any mix of printed and promotional pieces that has to reach people in a set arrangement. These are the ones that come up most.
(1) New hire and onboarding kits
A handbook, a welcome letter, a branded shirt, and a couple of small items, boxed per person and shipped to the office or their home.
(2) Event and trade show kits
Programs, signage, displays, and giveaways, sent ahead to the venue or to each person working the event.
(3) Member, donor, and student packets
Welcome and orientation packets for nonprofits, churches, and schools, sent without tying up staff time.
(4) New location and rollout kits
Everything a new office, store, or chapter needs for opening day, packed the same way for every site.
(5) Dealer, distributor, and sales team kits
Literature, samples, and branded items sent to the field when something launches or changes.
(6) Campaign and seasonal kits
The printed pieces and promo items for a holiday push or a product campaign, shipped on the date you pick.
How does fulfillment work with Integra?
We map it out with you
You tell us what's going out, who gets it, and how often. Together we settle the kit contents, the shelf space, and the shipping plan.
We produce or source everything
Printing, apparel, promo items, and signage come through Integra. If you already have inventory somewhere else, it can come to us too.
Everything gets checked in
Cartons are received, counted, and shelved against your item list, so we both know what's on hand from day one.
Orders get picked, packed, and shipped
Orders come in from you or your team. We pull each item, pack it to the kit list, label it, and ship it on the schedule we set at the start.
We watch the shelf
When a shelf runs low, we tell you, so a reprint or reorder is already in motion before anyone asks where the folders went.
Who is fulfillment a fit for?
Marketing directors
Campaigns go out on a calendar, and the materials pile up in a supply closet. We take the closet.
Multi-location and franchise teams
Every site gets the same kit, the right version, and the right quantity.
Nonprofits, churches, and schools
Volunteers and small staffs shouldn't spend Fridays taping boxes. Packets and event kits go out without them.
Sales teams and dealers
Reps ask for literature and samples all year. They can get them without waiting for someone at headquarters to find a box.

Fulfillment questions, answered
What is pick and pack fulfillment?
Pick and pack is the part of fulfillment where someone pulls the right items off the shelf (the pick), then boxes and labels them for shipping (the pack). It happens each time an order comes in, working from a list so the right quantities of the right items land in the right box.
Can you store and ship items you didn't print?
Yes. We can store items from your other suppliers next to the ones we produce. Tell us what's coming and we'll plan shelf space for it.
When does it make sense to outsource fulfillment?
Outsourcing makes sense when shipping starts eating staff time, storage space, or both. The usual signs are volume that spikes around events or campaigns, kits with several parts, and shipments going to many locations at once.
How do you keep kits accurate?
We build kits from an approved sample and a written list of what belongs in each one, then check counts as we pack. If something is short, we tell you before it ships.
What do you need from me to quote a fulfillment project?
Share what is being stored and roughly how much, how many different items go in each kit, how many orders you expect and how often, where things are shipping, and any dates that can't move. Rough numbers are fine.
How fast will orders ship?
Timing depends on the item, the size of the order, and where it's headed. We agree on a shipping schedule during setup so your team knows what to expect.
Is fulfillment the same as mailing?
No. Fulfillment ships boxes and packages to people or locations when they're requested. Mailing sends printed pieces to a list through the postal system. The two often overlap, like a direct mail campaign followed by a kit for everyone who responds, and Integra handles both. See our direct mail services.
Can the ordering experience be customized to how our team works?
Yes. Our ordering software and dashboards have a lot of areas that can be customized to fit your team, from what a location sees when they log in to how orders route and what gets reported back to you. Tell us what you're looking for and we'll tell you what's possible.
Tell us what needs to be stored or shipped.
Send a rough idea of what's going where. Rough is fine. We'll ask the follow-up questions, then come back with a quote.
