Is there a minimum order?
Short answer: no. Longer answer: just because you can order a handful of boxes doesn't mean it's the smart move — the economics get tough at very low quantities. It really comes down to style and material. Tell us what you need and we'll give you a straight answer on what actually makes sense.
Can I see a sample before I commit to a full run?
Yes. We'll get you a proof, a 3-D rendering or physical sample so you can check sizing, color, and material before we move to production.
What materials and finishes can I choose from?
Corrugated, kraft, and rigid stock, with finishes like matte, gloss, soft-touch, and foil. If you have something specific in mind, ask — chances are we can source it.
Do you help with the design?
Yes, absolutely. If needed, we can handle all of the layout and creative for you. If you've got artwork ready, we'll prep it for production.
Do you offer eco-friendly packaging options?
Yes. Kraft and recycled-content materials are available across most of our box styles for brands that want packaging to match their values.
How long does a project take from order to delivery?
Timelines depend on box style, quantity, and finish, and we'll give you a clear one when we quote your project. As a general ballpark, most runs land in the 6–12 working day range after you approve your proof — but ask us for specifics once we know what you're building, since your project might land outside that window.
